Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Yield: 12-15


  • 1 1/2 cups rice crispy cereal
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups (250g bag) chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate)

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Scoop large spoonfuls and roll into balls. Place the balls on the parchment paper and then put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until chocolate is all melted and smooth.
  5. Using two forks, to roll each ball in the chocolate until fully coated. Rest the ball on one of the forks to let the excess chocolate drip off. Place ball back on the parchment paper and repeat this process for all peanut butter balls.
  6. Place tray back in freezer until the chocolate has frozen.
  7. Transfer to an air tight container to store in the freezer and eat whenever!
